Step Two: Vendor Comparison
MWS quickly and efficiently interviews potential vendors to identify client options, then manages contract negotiations between the chosen vendors and our clients. Obtaining the best solution at the lowest possible price is always our main objective.
Step Three: On-Going Service Implementation
After agreeing to contract terms with the selected vendor, MWS manages the implementation process between our clients and the service provider. Additionally, MWS continues conducting proactive monthly monitoring of client communication services in order to guarantee the desired outcomes. Through constant monitoring of industry updates, trends and rate specials, MWS recommends new strategies to ensure that our clients continue to be on the cutting-edge with the highest possible quality service.
